Information for Patients and Visitors
Appointments
We are committed to our patients’ well-being. For this reason we have established an appointment policy that maximizes medical attention to each patient while minimizing their wait in the office. The appointments will be time based, considering an approximate time the patient will need with the doctor. Due to this policy, it is required that each patient arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the appointment. If the patient is late for the appointment, we reserve the right to postpone the appointment so that other patients who are on time are not affected. Appointments will be confirmed 24 hours in advance. Patients should cancel their appointments as soon as they know they will not be able to attend and, at least, 24 hours in advance.
